Accidents.com is a free online service that connects you to injury and accident lawyers. Our service is a powerful tool for reaching legal professionals in an easy and effective way while protecting your privacy.

Our comprehensive national website features legal help in specific practice areas including: vehicle accidents, product liability accidents, work related accidents, medical accidents, slip and fall accidents, and more. Along with many other accident related practice areas, this site features detailed legal articles, product recall notices, recent verdicts and settlements in accident claims and lawsuits.

Step 1: Select Your Practice of Interest and Present Your Case:

• Search for accident resources by practice area, select the category that best fits your injury or accident and fill out the form to provide the required information. Lawyers will need that information in order to evaluate your case. The more information you provide increases the likelihood that a lawyer will be interested in your case. Our efficient and secure process assures confidentiality at all times.

Step 2: Connect to the Right Lawyer:

• Once you have submitted the form, the accident and case information will be e-mailed to an experienced attorney in the specific practice and geographical area you selected.
• The lawyer will evaluate your case based on the FACTS of the ACCIDENT, not based on your personal information. Your identity will NOT be shown to the lawyer. They have up to 24 hours to accept your case to review (and contact you) or reject it.
• Once they have agreed to REVIEW your case, your personal contact information will then be provided to the lawyer. Remember, you have agreed to the Accidents.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Statement when you submitted your personal information.
• We will send you a notification if no action has been taken to evaluate your case. We generally send you final notification within 48 hours.

Step 3: You Make the Final Decision:

• Once a lawyer agrees to review your case, you will be emailed their information and a link to their profile page on Accidents.com, which includes their relevant experience and direct contact information.
• Keep in mind that each lawyer is pre-screened and selected by Accidents.com to guarantee that they are licensed and in good standing with their bar association.
• The lawyer will then contact you shortly, or you can reach out immediately and let them know that you have received their information from Accidents.com.
• The decision to use that lawyer is yours and yours alone.
