Accidents.com has the right to EDIT, alter the stories and photos at our sole discretion. We will NOT show anybody's actual likeness in any of our PHOTOS. This is why each of them is REVIEWED and possibly EDITED before publication.
These photos were taken by yourself and/or you own the copyright by virtue of the fact you took them.
You are assigning Accidents.com an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use these photos on Accidents.com and all of our affiliated web sites and products.
