2-year-old boy hit at car wash, child critical

Colorado Springs Police are investigating an accident involving a 2-year-old boy at a car wash. The accident happened at 6:35 p.m. at a car wash on Hancock and Academy. Sgt. Lonnie Spanswick tells News First 5 the boy was with his dad who was vacuuming their car. The boy wandered out of the sight of dad and into the path of a Hummer that was leaving the car wash.
