Carpools replace buses to get students from the mountains to school

There are more cars and one less bus on Highway 17 this school year as mountain students make their way to Los Gatos High School in carpools instead of riding the bus. The Valley Transportation Authority canceled Line 76 in mid-June due to budget constraints.
