Child identified in ATV death

An 11-year-old boy has died as the result of an ATV rollover in the Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie Friday, RCMP said. RCMP did not release the name of the boy who died, however, sources tell The Daily Graphic that the boy who died was Ethan Melnic.[...]
