County Legislature asks for review of Route 7

Tuesday July 19, 2011 HOOSICK, N.Y. -- The Rensselaer County Legislature approved a resolution this month seeking a safety review of a section of state Route 7 in the town of Hoosick. The stretch of roadway, between the Bennington Battlefield Motel and the intersection of routes 7 and 22, has been the site of numerous accidents over the preceding months.
