Here and Now spoke to EPA's Colleen McKaughn and Ben Grumbles of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality about lowering the standard for ozone air pollution. The two joined the Sierra Club's Rob Smith and APS's Ed Fox in a discussion about regulating air pollution created by the Four Corners Power Plant near Shiprock, New Mexico and the Navajo Generating Station near Page.
