New pedestrian crossing at Phelps Dodge

In order to prevent accidents for pedestrians who walk through the old Phelps Dodge Mercantile sidewalk the City of Douglas hired the services of Holderness Supplies, from Tucson to build a pedestrian crossing made of wood, which will be provisional until the remodeling process of the PD building is concluded.
