One killed in SUV-motorcycle accident on East 38th Street

A woman was killed and a man injured in a traffic accident involving a motorcycle and a sport utility vehicle on Erie's east side Monday night. The woman, whose name and age were not released, was the 12th person to die in a motorcycle accident in Erie County this year.
