Tong had brain injury, fractures

AN ASSISTANT manager who was knocked down along with his friend by a runaway car at a signalised junction in Bukit Panjang last December was unconscious on being admitted to the hospital. Dr Anthony Tang, an associate consultant at the National University Hospital's department of surgery, said this on Day 2 of a coroner's inquiry into the death of Malaysian Tong Kok Wai on Dec 25 last year.
