Culprit still in question following death of mother in auto accident

Following an accident, some victims involved may have no recollection of the incident due to concussions. This proves frustrating in a trial that relies heavily on victims involved.

In Bartow, Florida, Joshua Moore was merging onto a U.S. Route 98 lane when he was forced out of a lane by a white pickup truck owned by Richard Waters, The Ledger reports. Moore was able to merge back into the lane, and sped up to pass Waters' truck. Moore was then allegedly struck and revealed in court that he had no memory of the incident, other than being pulled away by paramedics. The accident killed a mother and severely injured her son.

Waters fled from the scene and prosecutors are accusing him of vehicular homicide.

Waters' defense lawyers are arguing that Moore caused the accident by purposefully cutting off their client.

Following an accident, both the victims and culprits are recommended to seek the services of an auto accident lawyer. In this case, it's not yet confirmed who caused the accident, but compensation for the bereaved son will never fully heal the suffering of the loss of his mother.
