Janca was returning home from buying bread at a local store, the 23-year-old from Cystal Lake, Illinois, was involved in a motorcycle accident that left him dead, the Northwest Herald reports. According to the news source, Janca was pronounced dead at the scene by Crystal Lake police officials. Deputy Police Chief Gene Lowery said Janca was driving home on Route 31 when he allegedly struck the center median if the northbound ramp onto Route 14, throwing him from the bike. Now, friends and family are mourning the loss of the young man. "He was an amazing person," said Janca’s friend Katie Stumpf, 23, of Crystal Lake. "He had a great personality. He had a great heart. He was an awesome person that made you laugh out of nowhere and for no apparent reason." According to the Illinois Department of Transportation, the state government is now offering free motorcycle safety courses in order to curb the amount of accidents every year. Those who have been involved in a motorcycle accident may want to contact a motorcycle accident lawyer, as compensation for injury or death may be an option.
