The media outlet reports that 50-year-old Richard Fuller died at Brigham and Women's Hospital on Saturday, October 23, from injuries sustained during the crash. Police say fuller was critically injured when his 1990 Honda motorcycle was allegedly struck by a 2007 Ford Mustang at about 7 p.m. on Derry Road. Fuller was rushed to the Boston hospital via medical helicopter, where he later died. Although no charges have yet been filed in the incident, police are still looking into its cause. "The accident still is under investigation," Bianchi said. "It’s going to end up being reviewed by the county attorney’s office to see if any charges will be filed." Currently, the accident is under investigation by the Hudson Police Crash Investigation and Reconstruction Team, the news provider stated. According to the Bureau of Highway Safety, there were 648 motorcycle crashes across Maine in 2007, the most recent year for which data is available.
