Pennsylvania families file lawsuit after car accidents kills threeby Guy Kilty, February 3rd, 2012 The families of three teens from the Manheim, Pennsylvania area have filed a lawsuit regarding a fatal crash that took place in Lebanon County last year, according to the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal. According to the media outlet, Nicolas Bryson, 15, DeVaughn Lee, 15, and John Griffith V, 16, were killed in January 2011 when the vehicle in which they were traveling allegedly crashed into another vehicle, driven by Neil Nasta, at about 80 or 90 miles per hour. Investigators concluded that the Manheim Central High School football players were attempting to "get air" by driving the car fast enough over a hill on Mount Wilson Road. However, the families have hired a car accident lawyer and a team of investigators to determine the exact cause of the crash, stating Nasta cannot be absolved of responsibility until crash photos are released, the news source stated. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there were 1,324 roadway fatalities in Pennsylvania in 2010, marking a 5.4 percent increase from the amount of driving fatalities seen in 2009.
