According to the news source, the accident occurred near the intersection of FM 1788 and West Interstate 20 on Sunday, December 18, shortly before 5 p.m. Records indicate Amanda Allen, 24, was driving a gray Ford Focus when she allegedly collided with a tractor trailer operated by 67-year-old Edwin Isbell. Officials stated Isbell was attempting to turn east while traveling on southbound FM 1788, and allegedly ran into Allen's vehicle.
