Practice Description

I meet with prospective clients personally - at my office, their home, or other facility, if necessary. I educate and guide my client to avoid mistakes. I make myself available to my clients to keep them away from wrong moves. I examine the facts and start working away. If I take the case, I order prompt investigation as needed. If the client does not have health insurance, I help arrange the right medical care. I make tactical and strategic decisions and take responsibility for all office actions. Your consent is sought and input welcomed. The value of a case needs protection and I build a team of specialists and providers to develop and document all aspects in each injury case. I help arrange the right medical care especially if the client does not have health insurance. Whenever warranted, I work with medical providers to bring their fees to a reasonable level. I make sure that my client's case is resolved within the maximum range available. I have many cases and my client has only one. No case is resolved until it's right. I get paid only when you get paid. We do not charge fees for getting compensation for your damaged or lost vehicle, equipment and other property.
